Terribly sad news as Charlie Whiting passes just at the start of the season. Unquestionable a loss to the sport that will be missed by many.

Shocking news, I'm gutted. Charlie was part of the F1 furniture. He will be missed.

Condolences as Morini says. 66 is no age at all nowadays, it's very sad news, and on the eve of a new season. I remember Charlie saying a few years back his favourite moment of the entire F1 season was starting the sequence at the first race of the season. Shame he didn't get to do it one more time.
